STEPH PARKER

Founder and Director

Steph has always held a passion for teaching alongside her own performing career. For almost 20 years, she has taught dance, singing and acting across London and Surrey, within numerous mainstream schools, local dance academies and vocational colleges, both as a freelance teacher and choreographer. Steph also has an extensive background in directing and choreographing productions for professional, amateur and youth companies. In 2018, after filling the role of Head of Dance at St Benedict's School in Ealing, she moved back to South London where she created and launched West End Workout in February 2019. What started out as a little passion project, quickly turned into an unexpectedly successful and rewarding career. Steph hopes to continue building the company, alongside her team of teachers, reaching further out across the UK. You can read 'Our Story' to find out more about how and why West End Workout came about and the incredible impact it has had.
